YLW series chain grate biomass organic fluid boiler
This boiler was made up of two main parts are boiler proper and chain grate, package leave factory, transportation convenience, short installation time, achieved quickly.
Boiler proper: was made up of chassis, steel frame, square plate tube, roof tube, space bend tube, snake type tube bundle and other types of header. The inner includes boiler setting and front-back arch, both masonry by refractory brick and refractory concrete. The outer was made up of steel board framework and stressed-skin diaphragm, the middle is thermal insulating materials.
Burning system: The burning equipment adopt light chain grate and square plate tube to form a burning room, for incresing the capacity of furnace. The biomass pellets were burned on the chain grate which generate flame and high temperature smoke, they are from furnace through secondary furnace enter into convection tube bank, and flow into flue, air reheater, dust collector and reduced draft fan from flue exit, finally, rush out of chimney.
Thermal oil circulating system: Using the circulating oil pump force liquid phase circulating, the circulation way is boiler generated heat energy and transported to using heat equipment, and continuious return to reheat. The system was made up of expansion tank, oil storage tank, circulating oil pump, oil gas separator and valve gauge etc.
The burning equipment adopt light chain grate, it has low -long back arch and high -short front arch in the furnace, the front-back arch are interwork in the furnace, and form the good aerodynamic field, the smoke follow the back arch flow to front arch, through the front arch reflect, formation rescore, based on the collection of heat at front arch to reflect the fuel strongly and fire the new fuel quickly in the furnace. Following the grate move go and back, through preheating, dry distillation, firing and burnaway four steps, finally drop into the ash collector and discharge out.
The furnace arch and grate were connected completely, this serie product is not only suitable for biomass pellet fired, also for burning wood, rice dull, sawdust, bagasse etc biomass fuels, and burnaway complete, reduce the heat loss for the fuel can't fired complete, reduce the operation cost and increase the heat efficiency.

Furnace adopt double dense draw of coil pipes, heating surface layout enough, reduce the tube surface heating load, for thermal oil used safely.
Agent flow reasonable, the thermal oil from low (enter) to high (exit), operation generate the smoke gas which is very hard to stay in the boiler, it is easy to be discharged out of system.
The arch designed is reasonable, the smoke gas stay the long time in furnace, combustion complete.
The veer smoke chamber layout heating surface, aventing the high temperature smoke gas score partition directly, prevent effectly partition drop and generating the smoke gas short circuit condition.
